COOKING COURSES IN LES JARDINS DE LA MEDINA (MARRAKECH)

In the shade of the ramparts, an old residence welcomes you, a real haven of peace and freshness. It is in this charming hotel, almost like a palace, where you will learn the techniques of chefs and prepare some authentic foods. This cooking course will allow to discover the world of Moroccan gastronomy, explore the scents, discover the chemistry of flavours and work on the aesthetics of plates.  From now on you will impress your guests with your mastery of Moroccan culinary art …

Programme: Every day from 9:00 am to about 12:30 pm:                          

 -Presentation of ingredients
 -Preparation: Bread + First course: Moroccan salads + Main course: chicken Tagine with lemon + Dessert: Ghriba (Moroccan pastries) + Mint tea ceremony
 -Tasting.

Included:
* ½ bottle of wine per person; the hotel’s official apron and 1 recipe booklet.
* Dishes vary from day to day: (Couscous, Pastilla, Gazelle horns…).

Prices per person from £495 (3 nights/ 4 days Package including 2 days cooking lessons) or £1069 (7 nights / 8 days Package including 6 days cooking lessons) Subject to availability and season
