Itinerary
Day 1 (Saturday): CASABLANCA Meeting & greeting at Casablanca Mohammed V airport by our representative - Assistance & transfer to Casablanca. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2 (Sunday): CASABLANCA-RABAT (95 km) Breakfast at the hotel followed by meeting with your tour escort. Visit of the economic capital of Morocco : Mohammed V square, central market, the Habbous District, residential district of Anfa & Ain Diab.
Lunch at one of the seafront restaurants during which the guide will brief you about your tour.
Then we continuation to Rabat, the white imperial city and the administrative capital of the kingdom. The sightseeing includes the Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the Oudaya Kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V mausoleum and the Hassan tower.

Day 3 (Monday): RABAT- FES (220 km) Departure to Meknes, the old medina is surrounded by a triple thickness of 40 km walls and preserves the most beautiful gate of Morocco: the Bab Mansour. Also visit of the Royal stables of Moulay Ismail, the Medina and the Jewish quarter.
After lunch we continue to Fes via the holy city of Moulay Idriss, where the founder of the Islam in Morocco is buried, and visit of the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4 (Tuesday): FES After breakfast, the whole day will be devoted to the sightseeing of Fes, the most ancient of the Imperial cities founded in the 8th century by Moulay Idridd II - Visit of the medieval Medina with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas (religious Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque.
Lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant in the Medina – In the afternoon we visit of Fez Jdid, then return back to Meeknes. - Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5 (Wednesday): MEKNES – MIDELT – ERFOUD - MERZOUGA (450 km) Departure to Erfoud via the mountains and the cedar wood forests of the Middle Atlas passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important handicraft centre.
We stop in Midelt for lunch then we continue to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees, which are the source for the yearly DATES FESTIVAL in Erfoud. Then transfer by 4X4 vehicles to Merzouga. Dinner and accommodation at Auberge Tombouctou
Day 6 (Thursday): ERFOUD – RISSANI – TINGHIR - OUARZAZATE (390 km) Early morning, Excursion to watch the sunrise over the sand-dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast at the Auberge, Back to Efourd by 4x4 and then meet again with we get on our coach and continue to Rissani. The holy city where Moulay Ali Cherif, ancestor of the Alaouite dynasty is buried. Visit of the kasbah of the 17th century and the Ksar Abbar ruins, and we continue to Tinghir via the Tinjdad road. Visit of the magnificent Todgha canyons (Its rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters). Lunch at a restaurant situated at the feet of the canyons and departure to the Dades canyons for a visit and then we continue to Ouarzazate via the road of the thousand kasbahs and the Dades valley famous for its roses and the yearly Moussem (ROSE FESTIVAL). Visit of the kasbah of Taourirt. - Dinner and accommodation in Ouarzazate.
Day 7 (Friday): OUARZAZATE - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH (230 km) Visit of the kasbahs of Taouirt Tiffeltout and Ait Benhaddou, the most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco, which was featured in many films like "Laurence of Arabia".
Lunch at the terrace of the restaurant facing the kasbah. Departure to Marrakech via the Tichka pass offering an impressive landscape in the heart of the High Atlas Mountain.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 8 (Saturday): MARRAKECH The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the pearl of the South. The city was founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century. The historical sightseeing includes the Menara garden, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia palace and the Koutoubia . Afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters displaying a variety of items and the famous place Djemâa El Fna with its non stop entertainment.
Dinner with fantasia show and overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 (Sunday): MARRAKECH - ESSAOUIRA (160 km) Morning at leisure and at 11.00 AM departure to Essaouira.
Lunch at a local restaurant - Visit of this idyllic fishermen town known as the former Mogador and
Portuguese stronghold and famous for its woodcarving handicraft. - Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 10 (Monday): ESSAOUIRA – SAFI - EL JADIDA - CASABLANCA (270 km) Departure to Safi, also a former Portuguese fortress and famous for its pottery. Sightseeing of the town then we continue to Oualidia via the picturesque coastal road, lunch at a local restaurant in Oualidia with view on its superb bay. Then we carry on to El Jadida, sightseeing of this town including the famous citadel, a reminder of the Portuguese occupation of the 16th Century. And we continue to Casablanca. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel
Day 11 (Tuesday): CASABLANCA Transfer to Casablanca Airport, assistance by our representative with check in and departure formalities.
END OF OUR SERVICES
NOTES: For clients arriving on Sunday, the following arrangements can be made:
- For arrivals at airport till 12.00 noon: direct transfer to the restaurant in Casablanca to join the group.
- For arrivals after 12.00: direct transfer to the hotel in Rabat. In this case the sightseeing of Rabat takes place early the next day before leaving to Fes.
Price per person (Based on minimum 4 persons) for special transfer to Rabat is £28
The sightseeing of Casablanca will take place upon return on Saturday morning - Saturday afternoon is at leisure, Half board B at the hotel; Sunday: transfer to the airport.
